We confirm availability, condition questions, delivery cost and your chosen payment method. The bag itself does not reserve stock.
Pay, then dispatch.
Pay by the agreed method. Cards on a payment plan are held until the full balance has cleared.

Choose 4, 8, 12 or 16 weeks. A 15% initial payment secures the card once RELICZ confirms the plan. Payments are due on the agreed day. A written agreement, including cancellation terms, is provided before the plan begins.

Delivery, without the guesswork.
New Zealand
Tracked shipping. Overnight courier service can be requested for eligible addresses; timing depends on dispatch cutoff, location and courier service. Rural and remote deliveries may take longer.
Australia
Shipping is at the buyer’s cost. We confirm the tracked service, charge and delivery estimate for your destination before payment.
Listed prices exclude postage unless expressly stated. Dispatch follows cleared payment. An overnight service target is not a guaranteed arrival date.
BEFORE YOU PAY
Know what you’re buying.
Card pages show actual photographs. Ask for extra corner, edge or surface photos if you need them. A card shown in a one-touch or top loader is not necessarily graded.
Something not right?
If an order arrives damaged or differs from its description, contact RELICZ with your order details and photographs. Keep the packaging while we look into it. Your applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
Your privacy
This version does not collect card payment details or submit orders through a website form. Enquiries are sent through Facebook or Instagram, where those platforms’ own privacy policies apply. Do not send full payment-card details in messages.
